Many sports are advertised as “improved “versions of an existing cultivar. H. Liberty certainly delivered on that promise. A sport of a wonderful plant in it’s own right, H. Sagae,  Liberty delivers stunning color with very little loss of size and no loss of shape characteristics from the parent. This hosta belongs in every shade garden. Enjoy this picture of one of mine at Acorn Hollow.
